The property extends to two acres. Just off the kitchen and bordering the 15 metre oval pool is a commodious covered barbeque/dining area with seating for 12.

There are two additional outdoor dining areas, one of which includes a table fabricated from an ancient millstone. On the opposite side of the house is a boules court and ping-pong table. Two sets of stairs lead to the orchard level, a fourth outdoor dining area and hammock.

The amenities of the house include wireless internet, desktop flat-screen computer, fax/printer/copier, washer/dryer, dishwasher, pantry, separate drinks refrigerator, two ovens, microwave, fans, flat-screen television, film library, satellite, Sky box, stereo with outside speakers, ipod dock/speakers, two patio umbrellas, books, games and guidebooks.  A guardian lives in separate quarters on the property and can provide cleaning and troubleshooting.
